We are about to wrap up week two of summer learning. We would like to thank the Stockton Public Library for their activities they set up for our community. Our students have enjoyed picking out books, meeting Smokey the Bear, and the Exploration day! We would also like to thank both Adam Bryant with Rooks Co Emergency Management and Dustin Kriley with NRCS for coming to our schools Monday to share your knowledge with our youth. You are all appreciated!

Are you looking for a new activity? Webster State Park is hosting a disc golf tournament! A special invitation was extended to our youth to attend the clinic at 5pm on the 29th of June! Contact the state park office for more details!

The SHS Cheer team had a great week at UCA Camp 2024! Saj Snyder won All American Ava Dix was selected by UCA Camp Staff for the Pin It Forward honor. The team was awarded a Spirit runner up trophy They were awarded Blue ribbons for both the game day routine and spirit routine. And we brought home the Banana!! 🍌 it's a thing!

Day three of Ag week! We kicked off our morning working on sight words, math, and reading comprehension. Then, we continued our discussion on dairy where we made our own ice cream. To end our session, Mrs. Moffet, taught us about root vegetables and started our vegetable root view planter.

Today our summer learning kiddos played math and reading games! Then we dove into the world of dairy. We finished up the day by making our own butter. We observed and documented the way it changed throughout the process... Parents we apologize if you have to make your own butter at home!
